How did Howard Cooper spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Howard Cooper's election campaign committee, Citizens for Cooper, spent $7,409 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Cooper's committee spent the most on consulting in the quarter, with 56% of this total ($2,000) going to Nyhan & Friends in Glenview. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Cooper's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
