How did Howard Cooper spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Howard Cooper's election campaign committee, Citizens for Cooper, spent $300 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Cooper's committee spent the most on sponsorships in the quarter, with all those payments ($300) going to Coalition for Healthy Communities in Winthrop Harbor. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Cooper's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
