How did David Stolman spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Republican David Stolman's election campaign committee, Citizens for David Stolman, spent $6,958 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Stolman's committee spent the most on consulting and fundraising expenses in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,596) going to COR Strategies Inc in Palatine. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Stolman's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
