Grayslake home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Grayslake rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 45.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 13.9% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Grayslake in January 2016.
