10. Consider for Approval a Resolution Authorizing the Village Administrator to Execute an Amendment to the Reimbursement Agreements with AT&T for Fiber Optic Relocation Construction and Engineering Services Associated with the Cary Metra Station Improvement in the Additional Amount of $20,863.78

11. Consider for Approval a Resolution Authorizing the Village Administrator to Execute a One-Year Extension of the Janitorial Services Contract for the Period from May 1, 2019 through April 30, 2020 to Perfect Cleaning Services Inc., Chicago, Illinois, in an amount not to exceed $33,000.00
