Illinois General Assembly: SB1797 actions on May 22

The following actions were taken on May 22 in the House on Senate bill SB1797 ("child welfare workforce"): "Held on Calendar Order of Second Reading - Short Debate" and "Second Reading - Short Debate".

The bill, as it was introduced in the Senate by Sen. Julie A. Morrison (D-29) on Feb. 15, "amends the Strengthening the Child Welfare Workforce for Children and Families Act," according to the General Assembly website.
