The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Deb Conroy (D-46) on Sept. 5, "creates the Flavored Tobacco Ban Act" and "prohibits the sale or distribution by an establishment of any flavored tobacco product," according to the General Assembly website.
The following house representatives also co-sponsored the bill: Mary Edly-Allen (D-51) and Martin J. Moylan (D-55).
