Village of Gurnee Planning and Zoning Board met December 4. 

Here is the agenda as provided by the board:

3. Final Subdivision Plat: Market Square at Southridge Phase Two

      Daniel Riedel, property owner and owner of American Tradesmen, is requesting Final Subdivision Plat approval for Phase Two of Market Square at Southridge. The proposed plat subdivides Lot 4 (10,005 square feet) from Lot 1 (281,335 square feet). Lot 4 will encompass the building pad for Building #2, similar to Lot 2, which was subdivided in 2014 for Building #1’s building pad.

4. Minor Sign Exception: Cracker Barrel (5706 Northridge Drive)

      Kristin Medina, with North Shore Sign Co. Inc. on behalf of Cracker Barrel, is requesting a Minor Sign Exception to allow the height of lowercase lettering in the main business name of a ground sign along Northridge Drive to be less than 6” tall. The subject property is located at 5706 Northridge Drive.
