Q2: Horatio Gardens experienced a 32.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Horatio Gardens rose by $124,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $505,000 - a 32.5 percent increase over the $381,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Horatio Gardens in the second quarter of 2021, as well.
