ZBA #000863-2023 - On the petition of Kristopher Krane and Jenny Janichek, record owners, who seek the following variations from the requirements of the Lake County Code and any other zoning relief as required: 1) Reduce the minimum lot area required for the establishment of an accessory dwelling unit in the R-1 zoning district from 80,000 square feet to 27,756 square feet; 2) Allow an accessory dwelling unit to exceed 1,000 square feet; 3) Allow an accessory structure to exceed one story.
