FOIA Request to City Of Park City Regarding New and Active Residential and Commercial Building Permits on October 30, 2024.
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, we at the Lake County Gazette have sent a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the City Of Park City. The request was made under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, 5 ILCS 140.
Our request seeks information about all new residential and commercial building permits issued from January 1, 2023, up until today's date. The details we are interested in include the type of permit, date issued, fee paid, requester's name, address of the property for which the permit was issued, and contractor name.
In addition to this, we have also requested data on all currently active residential and commercial building permits along with their status. We are seeking similar fields as mentioned above for these active permits as well.
