Vehicle city stickers go on sale Feb. 15 in Waukegan

Waukegan residents will have the opportunity to purchase their annual city sticker starting February 15, either online or at City Hall. All new sales or renewals must be completed by May 31 to avoid incurring a late fee.

According to a Waukegan press release, residents can benefit from an early bird fee of $40 through March 31. Renewals will cost $45 and will be available for purchase from April 1 to April 30. A late fee of $90 will be applied starting May 1.

The news release states that city stickers can be purchased online at https://www.green-pay.us/TMAV-VPAY/wauk/home.html beginning February 15, or in person at City Hall, located at 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., at Police Records, Window No. 3. For more information, residents are encouraged to call 847-599-2627.

According to the release, city stickers remain valid through April 30 of the following year.
