The Deerfield Park Foundation has announced the opening of applications for the Linda Gryziecki Scholarship. This scholarship honors Linda Gryziecki, who served as Executive Director of the Deerfield Park District for 38 years.
Each year, two scholarships worth $1,500 each are awarded to students attending an accredited post-secondary institution in the U.S. for the Fall 2025 school year. One scholarship is designated for a current or recent high school graduate, while the other is for a student in their first, second, or third year of college or post-secondary education.
The deadline to apply is March 31, 2025. Semi-finalists will be required to participate in an interview process. Those interested are encouraged to complete the online application and submit all necessary materials by the deadline.
