The Collinsville High School Drama Club is set to present its spring play, "The 39 Steps," on Friday, May 9, and Saturday, May 10. The performances will take place in the CHS auditorium.
CHS Drama Club sponsor Sierra Horst describes the show as "... a campy old mystery with a Monty Python flair. "
"The 39 Steps" is a fast-paced comedic thriller that follows Richard Hannay as he becomes entangled in a web of espionage and murder. Accused of killing a woman and framed for a spy ring's plot, Hannay must clear his name and expose the "39 Steps," a group stealing top-secret information.
Tickets for the play can be purchased at the door for $5.
