After a comprehensive review of student data and costs, Grass Lake School has decided not to offer an academic summer school program this year. Instead, the school will focus on improving its regular school-year schedule to better address student needs throughout the year.

While there will be no summer school program, Grass Lake School announced that Stellar Athletics will provide a summer camp at the school. This nine-week camp is scheduled from June 4 to August 1 and is available for students in grades K-8. Families can choose daily or weekly sign-ups, allowing flexibility for summer vacations.

Stellar Athletics operates independently from Grass Lake School, meaning families are responsible for the camp's cost. The school is not financially liable but supports this opportunity for its community.

The Stellar Summer Camp will run Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with options for early drop-off and late pick-up. Parents must handle transportation as there is no bussing service available. Campers need to bring their own lunch, snacks, and water.

The camp promises a safe and engaging environment with themed weeks and activities such as art projects, experiments, STEM centers, outdoor activities (weather permitting), sports, open play, and themed movies.
