The Round Lake Police Department conducted high-visibility seat belt and DUI enforcement during the Memorial Day “Click It or Ticket” Campaign from May 16 to May 27.
During the enforcement period, Round Lake Police issued seven citations for seat belt violations and took the following additional actions:
- One DUI arrest
- Two Driving While License Revoked arrests
- Two uninsured motorist citations
- Five speeding citations
- Seven distracted driving citations
- Two traffic control device violations
- Fifteen other citations
