Please join Beach Park District 3 in welcoming Tim Jansky as the new Director of Building and Grounds. Tim has over a decade of experience in facilities and construction management, focusing on both daily operations and long-range planning. Previously, he served at Township High School District 113 in Highland Park, leading a team of more than 30 staff members.
His expertise ensures safe, efficient, and functional learning environments for the district's five schools. "Tim’s ability to manage the complexities of multiple campuses is grounded in a career focused on project management, logistics, and long-term operational planning," stated Dr. Denise Wilcox, Superintendent.
Jansky's hands-on approach emphasizes collaboration with staff, students, contractors, engineers, and architects. His background includes FEMA disaster response and public infrastructure work. As a local resident invested in the community's success, he is preparing for the upcoming school year by familiarizing himself with each school's character and needs.
"Tim is excited to be a part of the BPD3 team," said Dr. Wilcox. His leadership will be an asset to Beach Park District 3.
