Lake Forest Schools announced that Lake Forest High School (LFHS) will host a New Family Welcome Night on Monday, August 25, 2025. The event aims to introduce new families to experienced parents, Student to Student Club members, and administrators over pizza and conversation.

According to Lake Forest Schools, the event will take place from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at 1285 N. McKinley Road, Lake Forest. The evening will begin with pizza, salad, and beverages served in the Student Dining Room from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. Following this, new students will meet current members of the Student to Student Club and tour the school building to familiarize themselves with their new environment.

Meanwhile, adults will convene in the Business Incubator, Room 170, for introductions to the LFHS administrative team. Members of the Association of Parents and Teachers (APT) will also be available to share insights from a parent's perspective on life at LFHS and provide information on community engagement.
