The Village of Lake Barrington has announced that the annual Barn Stomp & Brews event will take place on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Freier Farm, located at 23585 N Kelsey Road in Lake Barrington.
Attendees can expect a range of activities including a live performance by In the Stix band and food and beverages available for purchase from Kelsey Road House. The event will also feature a demonstration by the Lake County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) K-9 unit and a "Touch-A-Truck" experience with the Barrington Countryside Fire Protection District (BCFPD). Other offerings include an ice cream truck from Tropical Chill, bonfire with s'mores, petting zoo, face painting, washable tattoos, bingo games, and various other games.
Additionally, the second annual bags tournament will be hosted by the Lake Barrington Countryside Park District during the event. All activities are subject to change.
The Barn Stomp & Brews is free to attend. Those interested in volunteering to help set up for the event are encouraged to contact the Village Clerk via email.
