Beginning October 14, 2025, users paying their utility bills through the Invoice Cloud portal will see a change in fees. The new credit and debit card transaction fee will be set at 2.95 percent, with a minimum charge of $2.95 per transaction.
The update does not impact those who pay their bills using other methods outside the Invoice Cloud system. Residents have alternative payment options, including automatic bank withdrawals without additional charges, making payments in person at Village Hall located at 442 N. Cedar Lake Rd., utilizing the drop box available in the Village Hall parking lot, or mailing payments directly to Village Hall.

"Effective October 14, 2025, the following fee structure will apply:

If you do not use the Invoice Cloud portal to pay your utility bill, this change does not affect you.
Other Payment Options:
1. ACH Payments: Set up automatic withdrawals directly from your bank account free of charge.
2. In Person: Stop by Village Hall at 442 N. Cedar Lake Rd.
3. Drop Box: Convenient drop box available in the Village Hall parking lot.
4. By Mail: Mail your payment directly to Village Hall.
