StretchLab of Highland Park is expanding its offerings at the Sachs Recreation Center by introducing NormaTec Compression Therapy. This new service aims to enhance recovery and wellness for users.

NormaTec Compression Therapy utilizes air compression technology through boots to massage muscles, improve circulation, and eliminate waste products. The therapy is designed to reduce soreness and fatigue, increase flexibility and range of motion, decrease pain sensitivity, and promote relaxation and better sleep.

The service is available for a 30-minute session priced at $42. "Whether you’re an athlete, recovering from injury, or simply looking to support your overall wellness, NormaTec is a proven recovery tool," states the release.

Appointments can be booked online, but availability may vary each month. StretchLab continues its collaboration with Sachs Recreation Center under the Deerfield Park District umbrella to provide customized stretching services.

For more information or to book an appointment, visit the [Sachs Recreation Center website](https://www.deerfieldparks.org/).
