Cedar Lake Road will be closed from Washington Street in Round Lake to Hawthorne Drive in Round Lake Beach on Saturday, September 27. The closure is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The road closure is due to a homecoming parade taking place that day. According to the announcement, "The parade is scheduled to begin at 10:00am in Round Lake Beach (at Beach Elementary School) and travel south on Cedar Lake Rd, ending at the High School." Residents are advised to plan their travel accordingly during these hours.
