United Township High School District 30 shared its daily announcements for November 11, 2025. The school provided details on lunch options, student guidance, sports, and club activities.
For lunch, students can choose from Chicken Alfredo with a whole grain garlic bread stick, chicken vegetable dumpling, mixed green salad, broccoli, applesauce, and strawberries.
The guidance office reminded seniors to check the scholarship list weekly for updates. "Please check the Google Classroom weekly. A list is also in the counseling office, so stop by anytime to take a look. The newest posts involve auto dealerships, students with a hunting license, and even full tuition to Black Hawk College. See Mrs. Drish with any questions," according to the announcement.
In sports news, boys interested in swimming and diving are encouraged to join the team for the winter season starting Monday, November 24th. Further information is available at the pool from head coach Allison Patch.
Club activities include yearbook photos for Unified Sports on Wednesday, November 12th. All Unified partners are asked to wear their Unified Sports T-shirts for the picture. The student council will not meet this week but will take a group photo in the auditorium on Friday at 7:30 am; shirts can be purchased in Ms. Colgan's room next to the wrestling room.
P7 will meet again this Friday at 7:15 am in Mrs. Pueblas' room (251 N) with snacks, games, and a lesson planned.
The Multicultural Club is hosting Thanksgiving Grams during lunch on Thursday or Friday in the Commons for students who wish to express gratitude toward others.
