The City of Highland Park is conducting a survey to allow residents to participate in improving the City of Highland Park Sustainability Work Plan.
The city first developed a sustainability plan more than a decade ago. As the city looks to maintain its quality of life by minimizing its environmental footprint, it's interested in residents' perspectives on obstacles and potential solutions particularly on the topics of stormwater management, water conservation, waste management and light pollution.
The survey was developed in partnership with the city's sustainability consultant, Quercus Consulting, and is available on the surveying website surveymonkey.com.
The deadline to complete the survey is Fri., Dec. 11.
