Deerfield Appearance Review Commission to hold workshop meeting

The Village of Deerfield's Appearance Review Commission will hold a workshop meeting Dec. 14.

The commission will approve the minutes from its Nov. 23 meeting before weighing in on a pylon sign panel for SportClips, signage for Sleep Number and a building alteration at Caldwell's Corners shopping center.

The meeting is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.

The Appearance Review Commission is in charge of controlling the aesthetics of downtown Deerfield. Any exterior property modification, including signage, awnings and landscaping, must receive approval from the Appearance Review Commission before being permitted.
