Finance Director Brian Gosnell will present a five-year capital plan for the village that would begin in 2017.
The board will also vote on approving the mayoral appointments of Chris Velkover, Tom Hood, Fred Friedl and Pat Muetz to four-year terms on the Emergency Telephone System Board.
Finally, the board will vote on approving $155,766 for parts and labor to fix three Public Works Department vehicles and announce its official call for an individual or firm to design, engineer and build several infrastructure projects next year, including the village's road repair program and the Knowles Road water tower project.
