The Village of Round Lake Board of Trustees will discuss possible guard rail repairs and the 2015 comprehensive plan at its meeting at 7 p.m. Monday.
The Public Works Department will present a resolution for the board's approval to spend no more than $6,361 to repair guard rail traffic barriers.
From Building and Zoning, the 2015 comprehensive plan will be up for approval.
The board will also discuss the possibility of appointing Maria Simoncelli to the Village of Round Lake Police Pension Board.
The Round Lake Chamber of Commerce's Installation Dinner will also be a topic of discussion at the meeting.
Items on the consent agenda include approving accounts payable and payroll, approving the purchase of de-icing liquids from Industrial Systems Ltd. for no more than $11,250, approving a contract with Mark Meade for emergency snow removal and authorizing the Round Lake Police Department to purchase and install a closed-circuit TV system for no more than $18,577.79.
The meeting will take place at Village Hall, 422 N. Cedar Lake Road.
Members of the board of trustees are Mayor Daniel A. MacGillis, Village Clerk Patricia C. Blauvelt and trustees Charlie Foy, Henry Frye Jr., Russell Kraly, Don Newby, Sergio Rodriguez and Susan Triphahn.
