The City of Highland Park Housing Commission, the Peers Housing Association, Walnut Housing Association, Ravinia Housing Association and Sunset Woods Association are holding their joint regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. today at City Hall, 1707 St. John Ave.
Scheduled business on the agenda involves: invoice payments, including one from Full Circle Architects for contract documents; consideration of a request for relief regarding possible storage fee charges for the McGovern Flats Inclusionary Housing Plan’s affordable rentals; and review of a revised Inclusionary Housing Floor Plan for Oakwood Station for conformance to commission conditions set on Dec. 2.
Also on the agenda is a management report, including financial statements; updates on property tax exemption, and a Peers window and air conditioning project; and an update from Sunset Woods.
An executive session regarding issues surrounding real estate acquisition, litigation and personnel also is scheduled.
The meeting will be held in the pre-session room on the second floor.
