Steel signage, corner canopy coverage and repurposed lighting documentation records will be approved when the Highwood Appearance Review Committee (ARC) meets 7:00 p.m. Tuesday.
Following the call to order and roll call, the ARC will approve minutes from two previous meetings: Jan. 12 and Jan. 26, wherein plans were approved for window signage and building treatments, front door replacement, lighting and interior signage made from recycled materials for various commercial establishments in Highwood.
In scheduled business, a new proposal for a wall sign at 794 Sheridan Road will be reviewed for Classic Tile, the business on the property, which sells tile, stone, ceramic, porcelain and wood products. The proposal was submitted by owner Claudio DiVagno.
The committee will review a schedule of future planned workshops, meetings and public hearings, after which old and new business from the ARC and city staff will be allotted time for discussion prior to adjournment.
