To consider a special permitting matter for Lake Forest Academy, the Lake Forest Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will convene at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 22 at Lake Forest City Hall, 220 E. Deerpath.
The Lake Forest Academy submitted a request for approval of an updated master plan for its campus located at 1500 Kennedy Road. The ZBA expects to sign off on the proposal as an amendment to an existing special use permit.
School representatives are Head of School John Strudwick, Board Chair Mike Schell and Lake Forest resident Peter Witmer of Witmer and Associates whose architectural planning, development and design firm built Lake Forest High School and Jewel Foods.
Following the special use permit discussion, there will be an opportunity for the public to introduce items not on the agenda as well as additional information presented by staff.
