To consider dining without a drive-through and establishing a gym, Lake Bluff’s Joint Plan Commission & Zoning Board of Appeals (PCZBA) will meet 7 p.m. Wednesday at Village Hall, 40 E. Center Ave.

The joint meeting, slated for the board room, will address a total of four separate petitions.

Lake Effect Holdings LLC is seeking a special use permit to allow the operation of an eatery without a drive-through facility on the premises at 600 Walnut Ave.

Vlad’s Gym Inc. has requested text amendments to zoning regulations in order to operate a physical fitness facility in the “Light Industry” district of Lake Bluff at 910 Sherwood Drive, Unit No. 23.

Edward Fiorentino and Lake Bluff jointly filed a petition to allow pool houses that are used in conjunction with swimming pools to contain heat, light and shower facilities.

Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Danly submitted a request to allow for variations in area and height regulations in order to build an addition to their house at 611 E. Prospect Ave.

Commissioners and staff will present their reports, and visitors will be able to make comments during the public comment segment on any non-agenda items.

Additionally, the commission and board will approve minutes from two previous joint PCZBA and ABR workshop meetings on Dec. 16, 2015, and Jan. 20, respectively.

The next regular PCZBA meeting will be March 16.
