Wadsworth ZBA/Plan commissioners will explore a site at 5:30 p.m. before meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday at 14155 W. Wadsworth Road.
The Wadsworth Zoning Board of Appeals and Plan Commission members will explore the Onan Pyramid Property at 37921 N. Dilleys Road before returning to Village Hall to convene for their regular meeting. The property is subject to requests for zoning code text amendments, conditional use permits and variances.
Once underway, the meeting at Village Hall will include public hearings for two additional properties.
Tony and Jeanette Coletta petitioned — on behalf of owner Jeanette Linea Coletta Revocable Living Trust — for multiple zoning variations for a property located at 13305 W. Greenview Drive.
They wish to build a two-story playhouse, accommodate a setback distance for the structure, expand an existing garage and accomplish related tasks pertaining to the construction and specifications of “accessory buildings.”
Additionally, Evaristo and Maria Cambray wish to construct a 50-foot-by-80-foot pole barn structure at 13879 W. Illinois Route 173 and are requesting a conditional use permit for an area currently classified as a B zoning district.
Time will be devoted to the approval of previous meeting minutes from Jan. 27 prior to adjournment.
