The Lake County Zoning Board of Appeals will consider variance requests on the property at 42582 N. Addison Lane in Antioch at its next meeting 9 a.m. Thursday at the LC Central Permit Facility, 500 W. Winchester Road in Libertyville.

The petition was submitted by Michael and Valarie Rogers, who are seeking the following variances from the Lake County Code of Ordinances: 1) To reduce the front east street yard setback from 30 feet to 5.29 feet for a detached garage. 2) To reduce the north side street yard setback from 7 feet to 0.77 feet for a detached garage. 3) To reduce the north side yard setback from 6 feet to 0.77 feet for a detached garage. 4) To reduce the building separation distance from 4 feet to 0.77 feet for a detached garage to a structure located on the adjacent property. 5) To decrease the south side yard setback from 4 feet to 0.24 feet for the existing single-family dwelling. 6) To decrease the north side yard setback from 4 feet to 2.25 feet for the existing single-family dwelling.
