The Lake County Health and Community Services Committee was expected to consider whether to accept Illinois Department of Human Services grants at its meeting this week.
The resolution includes an emergency appropriation of $142,880 for fiscal 2016.
The committee also was expected to get an update on Winchester House's financial performance.
An executive session also was on the agenda, during which sensitive personnel, litigation or real estate issues generally are discussed.
