At a meeting this week, the Round Lake Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals considered issuing a special-use permit to allow outdoor parking and storage of boats at 306 W. Park St.
The Round Lake Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals is made up of seven members appointed by the mayor and board of trustees to five-year terms. The commission conducts public hearings on all special-use permits, zoning issues, planned-unit developments, sign and zoning variances, and zoning-ordinance amendments. Recommendations on all matters are forwarded to the village board for final action.
