At a recent meeting, the Highwood Appearance Review Committee discussed an outdoor patio, street bump-out and building-facade issues with three properties.
The five-member committee oversees the community's Appearance Code by evaluating applications for the construction or improvement of structures, and the construction, placement or erection of signs. The committee makes formal recommendations to the City Council.
