OLD PARK BOARD MEETING
May 18, 2016
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm. by Vice President Swearingen.
Upon roll call the following were:
PRESENT: Commissioners Kennedy,Larson, Powell, Rodas, Swearingen.
(Absent: Ryan, Toth). Staff: Nehila, Splitt. Board Recording Secretary Shari Raven.
MOTION: by Powell that the Park Board of Commissioners approve the May 18,2016 Old Park Board Meeting Agenda as presented. Second by Kennedy. Upon rollcall all Park Board Members voted “aye” No nays. Motion passed.
MOTION: by Larson that the Park Board of Commissioners approve the ConsentAgenda to include The Treasurer’s Report from 4/30/16, Payment of Bills and Payrollfrom 4/21/16-5/18/16, and the approval of the April 20, 2016 Park Board MeetingMinutes. Second by Kennedy. Upon roll call all Park Board Members voted “aye” Nonays. Motion passed.
MOTION: by Larson to adjourn at 7:02pm. Second by Kennedy. Upon roll callall Park Board Members voted “aye” No nays. Motion passed.
