#7983 On the petition of Donald D. Krause and Joan Krause, record owners of subject
property located at 28016 N. Hickory Lane, Wauconda, Illinois who seek the following
variance from the requirements of the Lake County, Illinois Code of Ordinances and
any other zoning relief as required: 1) To reduce the required rear yard setback for a
four-season room and roof overhang of a single-family dwelling from 4 feet to 0 feet.
The exterior wall will be no closer than 0.73 feet. The subject property is approximately
0.10 acres.
