Walmart Stores Inc. is seeking the resubdivision of Block L in Gurnee Mills. The subject property is located at the northwest corner of Grand Avenue and Hunt Club Road. The proposed subdivision creates a separate outlot on the hard corner of Grand Avenue and Hunt Club Road.
