4.1 Motion authorizing the proper City officials to draft an ordinance creatinga new class of license, specifically, EE-B, said license reading as follows:(10.6) Class "EE-B" which authorizes the retail sale, but not for consumptionon the premises where sold, of beer and wine in the original package by aperson whose principal business is other than the sale at retail of such beer andwine, said store having a minimum square footage of 13,000 square feet and amaximum square footage of 29,999. All persons ringing up alcoholic liquormust be 21 years of age and must successfully complete BASSET or equivalenttraining. The annual fee for such license shall be in accordance with the feeschedule listed in subparagraph (d) of this section.(d) Fee schedule. The annual fee, starting with the 2011 license year, shall bein accordance with the following fee schedule:
