The village of Mettawa Parks & Recreation Committee met Sept. 14 but failed to reach a quorum.

MINUTES OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE OF THE

VILLAGE OF METTAWA, ILLINOIS, HELD AT THE HOUR OF 6:37 P.M.

ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2016, IN THE MAPLE BOARDROOM

OF THE HILTON GARDEN INN HOTEL, 26225 N. RIVERWOODS

BOULEVARD, METTAWA, ILLINOIS.

A. CALL TO ORDER

Deputy Village Clerk called the meeting to order at approximately 6:37 p.m.

B. ROLL CALL

Upon a call of the roll by the Deputy Village Clerk, the following persons were:

Present: Member Armstrong

Absent: Chairman Sheldon and Member Towne

Also present: Denis Bohm, Tom Heinz, Patricia Cork; Jamie Anderson and Scott Anderson,

Village Engineer; Bob Irvin, Village Administrator; Colleen Liberacki, Deputy Village

Clerk.

C. ADJOURNMENT

At 6:37pm, the Village Clerk declared the absence of a quorum and there was no meeting of

the Parks & Recreation Committee of the Village of Mettawa.
