LIbertyville Plan Commission grants special use permit

The village of LIbertyville Plan Commission met Oct. 24 to grant a special use permit.

Here is the meeting's agenda, as provided by the commission:

A seven member commission appointed for staggered five year terms makes recommendations to the Village Board of Trustees based on the Village's Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Code concerning development, and on zoning issues, appeals and variances

Approval of the Minutes of: September 26, 2016

DRH Cambridge Homes Inc., Applicant PC 16-06

Preliminary Plat of Resubdivision in order to resubdivide three (3) residential lots into two (2) residential lots for property located in an R-7, Single Family Attached Residential District.

175 W. Peterson Road N3 Property Advisors, LLC, Applicant PC 16-35 and PC 16-39

These items will be continued to the November 28, 2016, Plan Commission meeting.

New Business:

850-860 Technology Way

Heritage Church, Applicant PC 16-36

Special Use Permit for a Religious Organization in order to allow Heritage Church to occupy property located in an O-2, Office, Manufacturing and Distribution Park District.
