The final candidates for the 2017 Shields Township Assessor Election, to be held on April 4, are on the ballot.
According to the Lake County Gazette's records, only one candidate will appear on the ballot of the April 4 municipal election:
Scott J. Helton
Helton was born on Feb. 5, 1951. The candidate's listed address is 450 Oak Ridge Court, Lake Bluff, Ill. 60044.
Helton has voted in nine primary elections, casting votes in nine Republican primaries.
