A. Case #17-03 is an application filed by Norbert Bendizen, Gym Spot, 915 Tower Road, Mundelein, IL 6006I, requesting pursuant the Declaration of Protective Covenants for Continental Executive Park, Exhibit E and Article 13, 16 and Article 18, Sections 13.3 and 21.6, of the Vernon Hills Zoning Ordinance, approval of a Special Use Permit to allow a children’s recreational facility to be known as The Gym Spot and M&N Rhythmic to be located on property within the BP Business Park District. The proposed location is 500 Bunker Court in the Continental Executive Park, Vernon Hills, Illinois.

A. Case #l 7-05 Rust-Oleum Corporation Facility Expansion Proiect Rust-Oleum is requesting to amend the site and landscaping plan to construct an addition to the facility.
