Present - Ty Bonds, Chairperson

Gretchen Neddenriep, Commissioner

Diane Summers, Commissioner

John Kavanagh, Deputy Fire Chief

Thomas Draths, Attorney for the Village with Schuyler Roche and

Lindsey Marcus, Attorney for the Commission with Franczek

Steve Calcaterra, Attorney for Dana Muligano

Dana Muligano, Gurnee Firefighter / Paramedic

Joanne Cimino, Court Reporter

Public - None present

Pledge of Allegiance – Chairperson Bonds led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Executive Session – The Chairperson stated that tonight’s executive session will reference 5 ILCS 120/2 2(c) (1) regarding the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body to determine its validity.

It was moved by Summers, seconded by Neddenriep to adjourn the meeting into Executive Session.

Roll call,

Aye: 3 – Bonds, Neddenriep, Summers

Nay: 0 – None

Motion Carried.

Adjournment to Executive Session: Chairperson Bonds adjourned the meeting into Executive Session at 6:04 p.m.

Recall to Order

Chairperson Bonds recalled the meeting to order at 6:52 p.m.

Motion to adjourn meeting made by Neddenriep, second by Summers; all aye; meeting adjourned 6:55 p.m.
