A. Case #17-06 being an application filed by GW Rivertree LLC, GWC Properties, 2211 N Elston St., Suite 304, Chicago IL 600614, requesting:
1. Pursuant to Article 13, and Article 18, Sections 13.3 and 21.6, of the Vernon Hills Zoning Ordinance, approval of a Special Use Permit to allow a children’s recreation facility to be known as Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park and Little Kickers Indoor Soccer to operate along with certain variations, including but not limited to, signage requirements.
The proposed location is 701 North Milwaukee Unit 244, formerly Gordman’s, in the Rivertree Court Shopping Center, Vernon Hills, Illinois. The Property Index Number for the property is 15-03-102-019.
