Rep. Sheri Jesiel (R-Winthrop Harbor) will host her annual senior health fair from 10 a.m.to 2 p.m. on Thursday at the Antioch Township Center in Lake Villa, according to her website.

Jesiel hosts the senior health fair each year to connect area seniors with resources that can assist them. State, county and local government agencies will offer information and take-home guides and literature for seniors and caregivers in attendance. Staff members from the General Assembly will also be on hand to tackle any government or policy-related questions and hear the concerns of those who stop by.

The event is free to attend and features refreshments. Jesiel’s announcement noted that those who attend should sign in at the door for the chance to win a prize.
