Village of Libertyville of The Plan Commission met July 10.

Here is the minutes as provided by the commission:

The regular meeting of the Plan Commission was called to order by Chairman Mark Moore at

7:21 p.m. at the Village Hall.

Members present: Chairman Mark Moore, Amy Flores, Matthew Krummick, Walter Oakley,

Kurt Schultz and David Semmelman.

Members absent: William Cotey.

A quorum was established.

Village Staff present: David Smith, Senior Planner.

Commissioner Oakley moved, seconded by Commissioner Schultz, to approve the June 26,

2017, Plan Commission meeting minutes.

Motion carried 6 - 0.

Old Business:

PC 17-09 Amerco Real Estate Company, Applicant

801 E. Park Avenue

Request is for an Amendment to the Special Use Permit for a Planned Development

to include: 1) a Lessor of Self Storage Units; and 2) Truck & Trailer Rental and

Leasing, for property located in a C-3, General Commercial District.

PC 17-10 Amerco Real Estate Company, Applicant

801 E. Park Avenue

Request is for a Special Use Permit in order to allow Outdoor Storage to exceed 700

square feet in area in order to store U-Haul truck and trailer vehicles outdoors for

property located in a C-3, General Commercial District.

PC 17-13 Amerco Real Estate Company, Applicant

801 E. Park Avenue

Request is for an Amendment to the Planned Development Final Plan to allow a

Lessor of Self Storage Units; Truck & Trailer Rental and Leasing; and Outdoor

Storage to exceed 700 Square feet in area in order to store U-Haul truck and trailer

The applicant requested that these items be continued to the July 24, 2017, Plan Commission

meeting.

In the matters of PC 17-09, PC 17-10, and PC 17-13, Commissioner Oakley moved, seconded by

Commissioner Schultz, to continue these items to the July 24, 2017, Plan Commission meeting.

Motion carried 6 - 0.

Ayes: Moore, Flores, Krummick, Oakley, Schultz, Semmelman

Nays: None

Absent: Cotey

New Business:

PC 17-16 Village of Libertyville, Applicant

Request is for a Text Amendment to the Libertyville Zoning Code to include

regulations for Affordable/Inclusionary Housing in the Village of Libertyville.

The applicant requested that this item be continued to the August 14, 2017, Plan Commission

meeting.

In the matter of PC 17-16, Commissioner Oakley moved, seconded by Commissioner Schultz, to

continue this item to the August 14, 2017, Plan Commission meeting.

Motion carried 6 - 0.

Ayes: Moore, Flores, Krummick, Oakley, Schultz, Semmelman

Nays: None

Absent: Cotey

Communications and Discussion: None.

Commissioner Oakley moved, seconded by Commissioner Schultz, to adjourn the Plan

Commission meeting.

Motion carried 6 - 0.

Meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
