The Public Hearing was called to order by Mayor Knight at 6:46 p.m. at the Village Hall.
2. Public Hearing
A. Public Hearing for the purpose of hearing written and oral comments from the public concerning the proposed Ordinance approving a First Amendment to Annexation Agreement between the Village of Wauconda and Combined Asset Development, LLC.
No comments by public or Village Board.
3. Closure of Public Hearing and Adjournment
Motion to close public hearing made by Mayor Knight at 6:47 p.m.
