Roll Call
Mayor Brandt called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m., and Deputy Village Clerk/Village Manager Burke called the Roll.

2.1 Approval of the October 23, 2017 Regular Village Board Meeting Minutes
Trustee McDonough moved and Trustee Leider seconded the motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Village Board Meeting of October 23, 2017 as presented. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Trustees Grujanac, McDonough, Leider, Hancock, and Servi. NAYS: None. ABSENT: Trustee Feldman. ABSTAIN: None. Mayor Brandt declared the motion carried.

3.1 Mayor’s Report
3.11 Boo Bash
Mayor Brandt thanked Public Works, Village Manager Burke, Finance Director/Village Treasurer Peterson, Economic Development Coordinator Zozulya, the Police Department and staff for all their efforts putting together Boo Bash. Mayor Brandt noted attendance was good for the weather, each year is better and made note that staff is the sole group running the event. Mayor Brandt thanked the Trustees who came out to help.
3.12 Marriott Lincolnshire Resort Grand Re-Opening
Mayor Brandt noted she attended the Marriott Lincolnshire Resort Grand Re- Opening last Thursday along with Trustees McDonough, Leider, Grujanac, and many staff members. Mayor Brandt invited all to go see the renovations. Mayor Brandt noted appreciation of the investments made to the facility.

4.0 PAYMENT OF BILLS
4.1 Bills Presented for Payment on November 13, 2017 in the amount of $586,484.56
Village Manager Burke provided a summary of the November 13, 2017 bills prelist presented for payment with the total being $586,484.56. The total amount is based on $353,726.59 for General Fund; $158,165.15 for Water & Sewer Fund; $11,833.30 for Water & Sewer Improvement Fund; $7,401.04 for Fraud, Alcohol, Drug Enforcement; $4,748 for Vehicle Maintenance Fund; $25,541.67 for E911 Fund; and $25,068.76 for General Capital Fund.
Trustee Leider moved and Trustee Servi seconded the motion to approve the bills prelist dated November 13, 2017 as presented. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Trustees Leider, Grujanac, Hancock, Servi, and McDonough. NAYS: None. ABSENT: Trustee Feldman. ABSTAIN: None. Mayor Brandt declared the motion carried.

Trustee McDonough moved and Trustee Servi seconded the motion to approve the Consent Agenda. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Trustees Grujanac, Leider, Hancock, Servi, and McDonough. NAYS: None. ABSENT: Trustee Feldman. ABSTAIN: None. The Mayor declared the motion carried.
